TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COMMUNICATIONS

1. Scope

These terms apply to updates and promotional communications sent by Expolens Exhibitions & Events through RCS, SMS, Email, WhatsApp and Phone Calls.

2. Your Consent

By actively selecting the consent checkbox and your preferred channels, you authorise us to contact you through those channels for the purposes stated in the consent notice. Submitting an enquiry alone does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing communications.

3. Communication Content

Communications may include upcoming exhibitions, stall design and fabrication services, relevant offers, event invitations and company updates. Frequency will vary according to relevant events and campaigns.

4. Contact Details

You confirm that the contact details you provide belong to you or that you are authorised to use them. Please inform us if those details change.

5. Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent for one or all channels at any time by emailing expolens.mktg@gmail.com, using an available unsubscribe link, replying STOP where supported, or asking our representative during a call. We will act on your request promptly and within applicable legal timelines.

6. Service Communications

Withdrawing marketing consent will not prevent necessary, non-promotional communications about your enquiries, quotations, orders, payments or ongoing projects, where permitted by law.

7. Delivery and Charges

Delivery depends on network availability, device compatibility and platform availability. Your telecom or internet provider’s standard charges may apply.

8. Regulatory Requirements

Communications are subject to applicable laws, telecom requirements, customer preferences and platform policies. Consent does not waive your privacy rights or override applicable regulatory requirements.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and publish the revised effective date. We will obtain fresh consent where required before using your information for a materially different purpose.
